A Day in the Life
As the Visual Merchandising Manager for the L'Oréal Luxe Division in Egypt, you will be the creative force behind the in-store consumer experience for our portfolio of prestigious brands. You will design and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies that bring our brand stories to life at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless and luxurious journey for our consumers.
- Strategic Design: You will develop and adapt visual merchandising concepts for the entire Luxe division, ensuring each brand's unique identity is expressed perfectly across all points of sale, from department stores to perfumeries.
- Flawless Execution: You will manage the end-to-end implementation of new launches, promotions, and store animations, overseeing everything from material production to in-store installation, guaranteeing excellence and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as a key partner to the Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams, translating brand priorities into impactful visual strategies that drive both brand equity and sales performance.
- Market Leadership: You will stay ahead of retail trends, monitor competitor activity, and analyze performance data to continuously innovate and elevate our in-store presence, solidifying our leadership in the luxury beauty market.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who can blend creative vision with strategic thinking to create unforgettable retail experiences. You are a natural collaborator with a keen eye for detail and a drive to achieve excellence.
- A degree in Architecture, Applied Arts, or a related creative field.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
- Retail Excellence: You have a deep understanding of the retail environment and how to create an exceptional customer journey.
- Creativity & Storytelling: You can transform brand concepts into compelling visual narratives that captivate consumers.
- Project Management: You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, with precision and agility.
- You are fluent in both English and Arabic.
