The Retail Area Supervisor is responsible for managing a specific district of Omni Point-of-Sale (POS) locations, aiming to achieve individual total sell-out targets, particularly for L'Oréal Luxe categories and executed services. This role requires in-depth knowledge of individual stores within the district to effectively implement clusterization strategies. The supervisor is tasked with enhancing visibility for launches and campaigns, providing necessary information and materials to optimize sell-out, driving sales in A and B-door stores, and inspiring generic Beauty Advisors (BAs) on how to effectively sell L'Oréal Luxe products. A key aspect of this role is being consumer-centric, organizing branded events, and conducting one-on-one services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a district comprising 15-25 Omni POS doors, including 1-3 A-doors, 6-8 B-doors, and remaining C-doors.
  • Ensure district sell-out targets are met according to budget, with individual district budgets followed up during 1-on-1 sessions with the Retail Unit Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional service and conduct store visits aligned with the clusterization strategy, gaining insights into each store's driving factors and adapting accordingly.
  • Actively drive sell-out in A-doors and B-doors with growth potential (2-3 days/week), adhering to weekly planning.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder for animating and organizing in-store events linked to the trade plan, prioritizing A-doors, informing BAs, setting daily targets, and identifying B-doors with potential.
  • Secure BA engagement within the district through providing information and inspiration, demonstrating "how to sell" (launches, assortment), and recruiting for One Retail. Foster ambition among BAs to build confidence in our assortment and prioritize L'Oréal brands.
  • Ensure visibility for all launches and trade activities.
  • Regularly check merchandise items and planograms (merch checklist), reporting any missing items at launches (grids, testers) and during trade activities (in-store material) to the Retail Brand Manager (RBM).
  • Maintain a strong, close relationship with store managers across the district.

  • Sell-out in district
