A Day in the Life
As our new Regional Trainer Fragrances for L'Oréal Travel Retail, you will be the driving force behind the success and prestige of our fragrance brands across the Nordic Travel Retail landscape. Reporting to the Retail Education Manager, you will empower our Beauty Advisors with the knowledge and skills to deliver an unparalleled experience to every passenger.
- Inspire & Educate: You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in groups and one-on-one in-store, focusing on fragrance expertise, brand storytelling, and sophisticated selling techniques to drive retail objectives.
- Coach for Excellence: You will provide on-the-spot coaching to our Beauty Advisors, helping them master the art of the customer experience and elevate our brand presence at every touchpoint.
- Adapt & Innovate: You will adapt our global training content to resonate with the specific cultures and passenger profiles of the Nordic market, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Drive Performance: You will collaborate closely with Retail Business Managers to evaluate Beauty Advisor performance, identify skill gaps, and support the onboarding of new talent, ensuring a consistently high-performing team.

- Training & Coaching Expertise: A track record of developing and delivering training programs that inspire teams and directly contribute to sales growth.
- Retail & Business Acumen: Highly experienced in the retail environment, with a strong understanding of performance drivers and customer dynamics. Travel Retail experience is highly valued.
- Influence & Communication: The ability to connect with, motivate, and build trust-based relationships with diverse, international teams.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine focus on creating a world-class customer experience and representing luxury brands with prestige.
