Mission:

 

The RGM Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation and integration of the RGM strategy across the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) organization for Spain and Portugal. This role focuses on data analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing recommendations to optimize the division's profitable and sustainable growth. The RGM Analyst works closely with the RGM Manager and other key teams to provide data-driven strategic insights.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• RGM Implementation Support: Assist the RGM Manager in the implementation and development of the RGM strategy within the local LDB organization.

• RGM Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive RGM analyses using internal and external data, both financial and non-financial. Identify key trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.

• Modeling and Reporting: Develop models and tools for analyzing pricing, promotions, and profitability. Prepare periodic reports on the performance of RGM strategies, including clear and concise visualizations.

• Price and Promotion Monitoring: Monitor competitor prices and promotions, as well as market dynamics. Identify opportunities to optimize LDB prices and promotions.

• RGM Project Management Support: Collaborate with the RGM Manager and other teams in the execution of RGM projects, providing data analysis and recommendations.

• Database Maintenance: Maintain and update RGM databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitor behavior, and market trends.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with different departments within the organization, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to provide data-driven strategic insights.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field. A master's degree in areas related to data analysis or business intelligence will be highly valued.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or similar roles. Experience in the consumer goods or beauty industry will be highly valued.

• Solid knowledge of financial principles, statistical analysis, and data modeling.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.

• Advanced command of computer tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) will be an advantage
