Before starting … How does our recruitment process look like?

1°/ After applying to the offer by filling in your CV information.

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you meet with be getting to know you better so they can capture the division, brand and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential. 

 3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HR Manager of a division! If successful, then you will be invited for an interview with a Team.

As a retail designer, your role will be pivotal in shaping and transforming the ambiance of our retail spaces, guaranteeing an unforgettable and enthralling experience for our clients.  You will work in close collaboration with cross functional teams to convert our brands' DNA into captivating and immersive customer experiences.  

 

YOUR MISSIONS...

 

  • Draft and execute innovative design concepts that bring our brands and products to life at our POS (point of sale)
  • Adapt retail concepts according to distribution area & channels
  • Design the architecture & detailed store layouts of stands, shops, podiums, windows, permanent fixtures with strong visual impact
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions
  • Pilot and manage diverse design projects (creation, execution, feasibility, timing) ensuring perfect coordination and adhering to brands' image, deadlines and budgets. 
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams, ensuring design integrity and brands' identity are maintained

 

 

YOU HAVE

 

  • Master’s degree in interior design, architecture, product design or a related field.
  • Strong conceptualization and visualization skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail design, interior design 
  • Sensitivity to aesthetics & strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with design software such as SketchUp Pro, Adobe & MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
