A Day in the Life

This is your chance to join the heart of our Operations at the L'Oréal Cairo Plant as a Quality Intern. You will gain invaluable, hands-on experience by leading real-world projects that directly contribute to our mission of excellence, focusing on process improvement and strengthening our quality culture.

As a Quality Intern, you will:

• Drive Process Improvement: Analyze current quality processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement innovative solutions to boost efficiency and product excellence.
• Champion Quality Culture: Develop and lead initiatives that engage and empower our teams, embedding a strong Quality & Safety-first mindset throughout the plant.
• Lead a Real Project: Take ownership of a key quality project from start to finish—from data analysis and planning to execution and presenting your results to plant leadership.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production and Supply Chain, to ensure our quality standards are met at every step.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a meticulous and driven individual who is eager to make an impact. You are a perfect fit if you:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to identify issues and create effective solutions.
• Are a proactive problem-solver with a genuine commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.
• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Are fluent in both English and Arabic.
