A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Affairs & Engagement Officer, you will be a key member of our Corporate Affairs team in Montreal and will play a pivotal role in shaping and protecting L'Oréal Canada's corporate reputation. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on corporate engagement, public affairs, and community projects, helping to tell our story to Canada and the world.

  • Shape Corporate Reputation: Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance our corporate image and build trust with the experts, key opinion leaders and the public.
  • Drive Concrete Impact: Support our key projects by effectively proposing solutions, support their fruition and stakeholder management 
  • Foster Corporate Engagement: Develop and lead engagement strategies for both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a strong sense of community and connection to L'Oréal's mission and values.
  • Manage & Coordinate Projects: Oversee transversal corporate projects from conception to completion, including project dashboard updates and coordination to ensure alignment with our business objectives and brand values.

We Are Looking For

You are a strategic thinker with a talent for storytelling and building relationships. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adept at navigating complex topics to drive meaningful impact. We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience (1-5 years) in corporate affairs, public affairs, or a related field.
  • A strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both French and English being essential for this role in Montreal.
  • A deep understanding of the Canadian public affairs landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages
