The Product Manager for the Luxury Division is responsible for the overall strategic direction, development, and management of assigned prestige beauty brands within the L'Oréal portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury beauty market, consumer trends, and competitive landscape. The Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that drive growth, market share, and brand equity within the luxury segment.

Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research, analyze consumer insights, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging trends within the luxury beauty space.

    Product Strategy Development and Management: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for assigned brands, including defining target audiences, product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and concept development through launch and post-launch performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Packaging, Finance and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless product development and execution.

    Financial Management: Manage product budgets, track P&L performance, and contribute to forecasting and financial planning for assigned brands.

    Brand Building & Equity Enhancement: Develop brand stories & communication strategies. Manage the execution of brand visual in O+O channel to reinforce brand equity and resonate with the target audience.

    Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and conduct post-launch evaluations to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

    Retail Activation: Develop and execute brand activation in retail channel to drive traffic and build brand equity with the intention to increase brand recuirtment.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    4+ years of experience in product management with good understanding of cosmetic products, beauty audience and purchase behavior.

    Proven track record of successfully launching and managing beauty products.

    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different levels and functions.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Additional Skills (Preferred):

    Experience with product forecasting and P&L management.

    Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

    Familiarity with beauty product development processes and formulations.
