A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Production Planner, you will be the key player ensuring our products reach markets efficiently and on time, reporting to the Planning Manager. You will work at the heart of our operations, turning demand into a realistic and achievable production plan.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Planning: You will develop and manage the production plan for a 12-month horizon, collaborating with the MSL (Material Supply Logistics) and Production Unit (PU) teams to allocate the plant's mid-term capacity.
- Launch Management: You will plan the introduction of new products and manage the current portfolio, setting production priorities based on strategy and resource availability.
- Monitoring and Control: You will oversee the daily execution of the production plan, analyze performance indicators, and communicate priorities to ensure we meet 100% of the countries' requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You will be the link between the Planning, Launch, and Production teams to ensure smooth communication and effective decision-making.

- A professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics areas such as demand planning, supply planning, or production.

- Analytical Thinking: Skill in interpreting data, monitoring indicators, and making informed decisions.
- Planning and Organizing: Proficiency in managing multiple variables and creating robust production plans.
- Effective Collaboration: Ease in working with multi-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Agility: Flexibility to adapt to daily changes and dynamically adjust priorities.
