MISSION: Driving force behind e-commerce success and blends a creative vision with data-driven strategy to growth market share in ecommerce.

KEY RESPONSIBITY:

1. E-COMMERCE GROWTH STRATEGY

  • Develop and execute annual and monthly online business plans to drive sales, visibility, and market share across e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct JBP (Joint Business Plan) discussions, set FTL/NPD/Assortment targets, and craft actionable e-commerce agendas (e.g. Double Day, Livestream).


2. CAMPAIGN & PROMOTION PLANNING

  • Plan and execute commercial assortment strategies, GWPs, and key promotions by month, quarter, and year.
  • Lead bidding strategies for campaigns (e.g. SBD, Brand Day) and build media plans aligning awareness and performance KPIs.
  • Closely collaborate with transactional media lead to provide category & brand inputs for planning and optimization


3. SALES DELIVERY & PERFORMANCE TRACKING

  • Own the daily/weekly tracking of performance metrics (PFM) across platforms. 
  • Analyze commercial KPIs, media results, and market share to deliver data-driven actions and risk mitigation plans.


4. FORECAST & SUPPLY ALIGNMENT

  • Coordinate with supply and commercial teams to build accurate forecasts and stock planning for campaigns and NPDs.
  • Lead building block plans and ensure forecast inputs across local and zone submissions (PRESMAP, SMAP, etc.).


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce Management, either from a brand side (FMCG/Beauty) or from a leading E-commerce platform/Enabler.
  • Proven track record of managing official stores (Mall/Flagship) on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Understanding the specific algorithms and campaign mechanics (Double Day, Payday, Super Brand Day) of each platform.
  • Experience in conducting Joint Business Plans (JBP) with platform managers to secure visibility, traffic, and exclusive slots.
  • Experience collaborating with media teams to align transactional media spend (CPAS, Search Ads) with commercial sales targets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing E-commerce metrics (Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, GMV, ROAS) to derive actionable insights and risk mitigation plans.
  • Mastery of "e-merchandising" – optimizing product listings, PDP (Product Detail Page) layouts, and commercial assortment to maximize conversion.
  • Deep understanding of E-commerce cost structures (platform fees, shipping subsidies, GWP costs, and voucher mechanics) to ensure profitable growth.
  • Strong capability in demand forecasting for mega-campaigns to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) or overstock situations. 
  • Knowledge of the livestreaming ecosystem and affiliate marketing to drive real-time sales performance.
