A Day in the Life You will operationally report to the Facilities Manager with a matrix line to the EHS Director, SAPMENA, leading a diverse, international team of 12 (10 facility operations, 2 travel). You’ll own workplace strategy and day-to-day delivery across OneSG offices, retail and the academy, driving high service levels, resilience and continuous improvement with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strategy & Operations: define FM roadmaps, manage OPEX/CAPEX, implement IWMS and leverage data/tech to improve uptime, sustainability and workplace experience.
  • FM Delivery & Vendor Management: oversee outsourced FM contracts, KPI governance, space planning, leasehold works, utilities monitoring and on-call incident support.
  • EHS, Security & Resilience: implement L’Oréal EHS system, lead audits, training and incident follow-up; run 24/7 security operations (CCTV, access control, guards), business continuity and crisis response.
  • Travel & Stakeholder Collaboration: manage travel program and agency partners, support sourcing negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Admin, Sales, Zone EHS, Corporate).

We Are Looking For You are a hands-on leader who runs it as your own business, with proven ability to deliver outcomes through teams and vendors. You bring strong judgment, a solutions mindset and excellent stakeholder skills. Core skills:
