Aesop is seeking a thorough and passionate Omni Channel Key Account Executive to join full-time at our global head office in Collingwood. This role reports to the Omni Channel Key Account Manager, ANZ and will be assisting in the expansion of Aesop’s wholesale business channel, focusing efforts on building a network to support Aesop retail stores and further brand awareness in new and existing markets.

The role will be responsible for identifying, managing and developing new accounts to maximise the exposure of the Aesop brand and products through an effective and relevant presence across a range of business partnerships, including but not limited to: stockists, hotels, restaurants, as well as corporate gifting.
  

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets, analyse performance data to identify trends, and manage budgets to ensure the commercial success of your channels.
  • Actively research, identify, and onboard new business partners, from hotels and restaurants to corporate clients, that align with Aesop’s brand values, negotiating terms to expand our strategic footprint.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all partners, managing everything from order processing and stock availability to the seamless rollout of marketing campaigns, new products, and visual merchandising updates.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with all accounts through regular communication, in-store visits, and product training, while also working closely with internal teams like Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure flawless execution.

 

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage both online and offline channel strategies effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work autonomously to drive business success.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions and problems to ensure continuous improvement
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Previous experience using SAP highly desirable
