Your mission
We're seeking a Product Brand Manager for our Nordic Brand Management Team in L'Oréal's Nordic Division in [Nordic Capital, Nordic Region]. You will lead and develop the Nordic brand's product & service portfolio, acting as the expert for product, category, consumer, and market knowledge to steer the brand strategy, particularly by orchestrating launches and growing hero/star products.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle (baselines, launches, discontinuations) and implement pricing/format strategies.
- Oversee product animation across functions and touchpoints (e.g., medical, media, CRM).
- Monitor brand/product performance, delivering market & competitor insights.
- Ensure legal/regulatory compliance for artworks, claims, and visual rights.
- Develop and own impactful 360 0+0 campaigns rooted in consumer insights.
- Generate clear consumer insights and deliver data-driven brand content for all 0+0 touchpoints.
- Partner with stakeholders for unified brand implementation and project delivery.
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out, delivering insights for portfolio and channel growth.
- Manage A&P budget allocation to execute marketing strategy.

- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, budget management, and prioritization.
- A strong communicator with storytelling, public speaking, and briefing skills.
