Your mission… 

As a Nordic B2B Marketing Graduate within the Professional Products Division, Us Brands, you will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of our B2B activation plans across all four Nordic markets. Your core responsibilities will include co-creating and executing comprehensive 360-degree salon activation plans, ensuring seamless integration across all relevant touchpoints and markets. You will also be responsible for coordinating the production of high-impact in-salon marketing materials and collaborating closely with our CRM department to optimize customer journeys. 

In this role, you will play a strong part in coordinating and aligning brand activities across all channels. This involves close collaboration with the Us Brands Marketing team, Country Activation Teams, DDX, B2B eCommerce teams, external agencies, and key strategic partners. You will report directly to the O+O Nordic B2B Activation Manager, Us Brands. 

You will 

  • Assist the Nordic B2B marketing team in activation of Redken, Matrix & Biolage in the Nordic countries and with relevant clients.
  • Develop and implement the Us Brands B2B brand activation strategy and yearly cycle calendar. 
  • Lead marketing briefings and provide necessary tools and materials to the direct sales team to ensure effective product and campaign communication.
  • Oversee online brand execution within the B2B ecosystem and CRM department to optimize customer journeys, leverage data insights, and enhance targeted marketing initiatives. 
  • Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring impactful activations to drive sell-in and sell-out activities.
  • Create impactful in-salon material optimizing in- salon consumer journey.
  • Update merchandising guides, sample overviews & assist in forecasting of salon tools.
  • Manage catalogue updates, launches, activation and assist in communication towards local marketing teams.
  • Analyze market data, conduct competitor monitoring and support on monthly reporting.
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and ensure team coordination on events.

 

 

You are 

  • Graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication within a year
  • Passionate about or experienced within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • An excellent communicator with CRM experience, fluent in both English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly organized, possessing strong skills in coordination, planning, prioritization, communication, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to your work.
  • Be able to handle several task simultaneously – we have a lot of project in the making at the same time
  • Be curious, creative and know what happening in SoMe
