As B2B E-COM Activation Managerin the Professional Products Division, your mission is to elevate and propel the success of L’Oréal Professionnel within the L’Oréal Partner Shop, transforming its digital presence into a powerful engine for B2B ecommerce growth. You will be an integral part of the B2B ecommerce team, contributing and executing a successful online store through product, content and promotion management, website analytics and roadmap deployment to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and transforming the way how we engage with professional clients and generate sales in the Nordics. This role reports to B2B eCommerce Director. 

 

 
 
You will... 
  

  • Administrate L’Oréal Partner Shop front end and back end for brand activation. 
  • Manage L’Oréal Professionnel Brand Activation on L’Oréal Partner Shop: Manage all products, promotions and content for your Brand to drive conversion among our professional Salon customers. 
  • Own the execution excellence for your respective Brand by animating brand in accordance to our promotional cycles, following Global guidelines and local needs. 
  • Drive technical product catalogue maintenance for your brands in our CMS backend. 
  • Create and set-up brand campaigns in our CMS platform to increase promo efficacy and on-site conversion.  
  • Drive our onsite presence from PDPs to Banners and Brand Hub pages through coordinating and uploading e-com assets on the front end according to the Brand and platform directions. 
  • Creating Brand landing pages for our promotional cycles to elevate customer engagement and conversion across our pages. 
  • Support the implementation of new services and features on the platform. 
  • Contribute to overall site improvements in alignment with the rest of the L’Oréal Partner Shop team. 
  • Report relevant brand insights from Google Analytics and BRIGHT to optimize sites with engaging content and campaigns to elevate the UX. 

 

YOU BRING… 

  • Demonstrated expertise on digital marketing, online customer journeys and/or CRM 
  • Understanding and hands-on knowledge of Website CMS 
  • Experience in e-merchandising and/or online content and catalogue management 
  • You are organized and feel comfortable to create structure and processes in an agile environment 
  • You manage complexity well and are not shy of pro-actively engaging with numerous stakeholders to continuously optimize collaboration in a user-centric way that drives results 
  • You are fluent in English and a Nordic language, both written and spoken
