A Day in the Life

As a National Account Manager, you will be a key driver of our commercial success for our iconic cosmetic brands within the vital pharmacy channel across Australia within our dynamic Consumer Products Division. You'll build strong partnerships to ensure our iconic brands achieve maximum presence and performance in the Australian market.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored strategies and joint business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share for your accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations for trading terms, promotional activities, and new product listings to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, manage forecasts, and optimize performance.

 

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a commercially sharp and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive on building strong relationships and have a proven ability to turn strategy into commercial success. You are a great fit if you demonstrate:

  • Excellence in Account Management, with a history of building strong client partnerships.
  • Strong Negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Solid Business Acumen and an understanding of the retail landscape.
  • The ability to develop long-term growth through Strategic Planning.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis & Performance Tracking to inform decisions.
