📋 What You Will Do

As a Microbiology Supervisor, you will be essential in upholding our commitment to product safety and quality. Reporting to the Quality Lab Manager, you will lead a team of analysts to ensure all microbiological controls meet L'Oréal's world-class standards, contributing directly to the integrity of our products.

In this role, you will:

• ✅ Lead Quality & Compliance: Ensure and monitor full compliance with ISO standards (9000, 14001, 22716, 5001), GMP, and L'Oréal regulations, making sure our lab operations are always audit-ready.
• 🔍Drive Microbiological Control: Conduct and oversee comprehensive testing for finished goods, raw materials, and water systems to guarantee they meet precise specifications.
• 🔬 Manage Laboratory Operations: Supervise the daily activities of microbiology analysts, manage reagents and media inventory, and ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• 💻 Analyze & Report: Input analysis data into SAP, prepare monthly reports for verification, and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve any quality issues.

🔎 What We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone who is meticulous, a strong leader, and ready to champion quality in a dynamic environment. You are a problem-solver with a solid technical background and the ability to guide a team toward excellence. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• A degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Experience in a microbiology laboratory environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Quality Control: A deep understanding of quality control principles and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and creating clear, concise reports.
• Audits & Compliance Management: Experience with ISO standards and ensuring a state of constant compliance.
• Laboratory Management: Skills in managing lab resources, workflows, and personnel.
• Problem-Solving: The capability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
