We're looking for an adventurous, goal driven fresh graduates to join our team as a medical delegate! You will embark on a focused six-month program, gaining real hands-on experience in exploring and implementing our medical action plan to drive the prescription and recommendation of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands (such as La Roche Posay  & CeraVe).

Who are we looking for?

• Fresh graduate or a graduate with less than 2 years of working experience
• Scientific major is preferred

• Strong interest in field medical career

• Availability to be mobile with active driving license (SIM A)

• Adventurous, driven with entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem solver with an open mind

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What you'll do?

Drive Prescription & Sales targets :Actively engage with targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote L'Oréal products, ensuring increased prescription volumes that directly contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and market share growth. This includes leveraging strong product knowledge and adapting communication to HCP needs to secure recommendations & adoptions.

Execute Strategic Medical Visits & Commercial Synergy: Implement an effective medical visit strategy, optimizing coverage and frequency across your territory. Ensure product availability and visibility within pharmacies/drugstores, working synergistically with commercial teams to drive sell-out and overall business performance.

Optimize Territory Performance & ROI: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and your own results to propose and execute action plans that maximize return on investment (ROI) and contribute to sustained commercial growth.

Ensure Compliance & Reporting Excellence: Maintain the highest ethical standards in all interactions with HCPs, and diligently manage administrative tasks, including accurate and timely reporting via designated CRM/CLM platforms (e.g., Veeva). Promptly report any adverse side effects for cosmeto-vigilance.

For individuals who demonstrate strong performance during the program, there will be an opportunity for full-time employment upon its six-month completion
