We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and analytical Marketing Officer for a 6-month temporary assignment (September 2026 - March 2027). In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day brand operations, support the execution of key product launches, and drive the activation of marketing campaigns across offline and online channels.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for beauty, a strong analytical mindset, and the agility to step in and keep brand momentum strong during a critical business cycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Activation & Campaign Execution
· Launch Management: Assist in executing the 360-degree launch plan for upcoming product innovations scheduled within the 9-month window.
· Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholder teams (Digital, E-commerce, PR/Influencer, Trade Marketing) and external creative/media agencies to deliver integrated consumer campaigns.
· POS & Trade Support: Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to design and deploy eye-catching point-of-sale materials (POSM) and merchandising displays for retail stores.
2. Digital & E-Commerce Acceleration
· Social & Influencer Marketing: Work closely with the social media team to coordinate influencer seedings, review content briefs, and monitor brand mentions.
3. Market Analysis & Business Reporting
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze monthly brand performance (sell-in/sell-out data, market share via Nielsen/Euromonitor, and digital campaign ROAS).
· Competitor Monitoring: Keep a close eye on competitor launches, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities, translating observations into actionable monthly reports.
· Inventory & Forecasting: Support the demand planning team by providing volume forecasts for promotional activities and key product SKUs.
4. Budget & Operational Administration
· A&P Management: Track the brand’s Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, raising purchase orders (POs), tracking agency invoices, and ensuring zero budget overruns.
· Sample & Tester Management: Manage inventory for product testers, PR samples, and promotional giveaways.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
· Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or digital marketing—ideally within the FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care sectors. (Experience in a marketing agency environment serving beauty clients is also highly valued).
Technical & Professional Skills:
· Beauty & Consumer Passion: A genuine interest in beauty trends, skincare/makeup/haircare innovations, and social commerce (particularly TikTok Shop and Instagram).
· Analytical Capabilities: Comfortable working with data (using MS Excel for pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data synthesis) to track sales performance and campaign ROI.
· Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple overlapping timelines and agency deliverables.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and the local business language is required for writing briefs, copy reviews, and presenting to internal teams.

· Agility & Adaptability: As this is a 6-month contract, the candidate must be a self-starter who can onboard quickly, adapt to established corporate systems, and run with existing projects.
