As a Market Intelligence Manager, you will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, identifying insights, and providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis. With your strong data calculation and analytic skills, you will take the lead on market intelligence data, panel management, and MI dashboard development. Working closely with the Head of Consumer and Market Intelligence (CMI) and Senior MI Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
You Will
- Taking the lead on Market intelligence data, panel and MI dashboard
- play a critical role in analyzing market trends, identifying insights, and providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify insights and opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive business strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market research methodologies, and emerging data analysis techniques.
- Utilize business intelligence tools, macros, and basic statistics for data forecasting and analysis.
- Transform data queries into comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all market intelligence activities.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of market intelligence insights.
- Include managing market intelligence data, overseeing the MI dashboard, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- working closely with the Head of Consumer and Market Intelligence (CMI).
You Have
- 6-8 years of experience in data-focused roles such as product analytics, business analytics, research data, or sales data analysis. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Passionate about data and proficient in using macros, business intelligence tools, and basic statistics for data forecasting
- Familiarity or prior experience working with panel data
- Understanding of databases and Biz Sense
- Ability to transform data queries into comprehensive reports
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and capable of working independently
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Proficiency in Power BI or Python is considered a plus)
- Good command of the English language
