A Day in the Life
In this role, you will act as the strategic financial partner for our Latin America manufacturing operations, reporting to the LATAM Operations CFO. You will lead a network of Plant Controllers across 5 sites, driving financial excellence and providing key insights to both regional and global stakeholders.
- Strategic Financial Leadership: You will partner with regional manufacturing leaders to define and execute financial strategies that optimize industrial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Reporting: You will manage the regional closing process for our manufacturing sites, ensuring accuracy in results, inventory, and CAPEX. This includes coordinating the annual 3-Year Plan, budget, and trend cycles, while analyzing and communicating variances to leadership.
- Performance & Capex Oversight: You will lead the validation and reporting of Capital Expenditure, monitor key operational KPIs, and calculate price increases, ensuring alignment between our plants and business divisions.
- Team Leadership & Network Animation: You will lead and develop the network of Plant Controllers across the region, promoting best practices in reporting and analysis to ensure a standardized approach to financial excellence.

- Proven experience in Industrial Controlling or Operations Finance, ideally within a multinational setting.
- Expert proficiency with financial tools such as GRAAL, Compass, and Magnitude, with a deep understanding of P&L construction and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
