For our DG group, we are seeking a Logistics Support Executive for a one-year assignment. In this role, you will support the Research and Innovation (R&I) function in testing and suggesting changes for global software for streamlining logistics operations.
Type of contract : 12 months
Location : Pune, India
For this assignment, your main responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with the R&I team to understand the business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the software
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support R&I decision-making.
- To develop the reports for DG & R&I teams for visibility on batches & RM requests
- To work with IT for tool developments to ease the decision making of ordering, inventory management etc.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or in a relevant field.
- Experience in using SAP Software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- End to end supply chain knowledge
You are:
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software Inquisitive learner and Passionate in handling various equipment in the labs.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
