A Day in the Life
As a Learning and Development Manager for the CZ/SK/HU HUB, reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key player in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that align with L'Oréal's business objectives and foster employee growth. You will work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders across various departments to identify training needs, develop engaging learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our L&D initiatives. Your role will involve a blend of strategic planning, program design, facilitation, and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning & Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, analyze business requirements, and develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Program Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs using various methodologies (e.g., online courses, workshops, coaching, mentoring).
- Facilitation & Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning events, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Track and measure the effectiveness of learning programs using appropriate metrics, providing data-driven insights to improve future initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the CZ/S/HU HUB, ensuring alignment and collaboration on L&D initiatives.
- Content Management: Manage and curate learning content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
- Active Participation in Zone Initiatives: Actively participate in European zone meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and ensuring alignment of local L&D initiatives with broader regional goals. This includes representing the CZ/SK/HU HUB's perspective and advocating for its needs within the European context.
- KPI Management & Reporting: Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to global mandatory L&D topics, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of results. This includes proactive communication with zone leadership on progress and challenges.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, program management skills, and a passion for fostering employee development. They are a strong communicator, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective learning strategies.
- Program Management: Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs.
- Facilitation Skills: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners in a dynamic and interactive environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Ability to track, measure, and analyze learning outcomes, using data to inform future initiatives.
