A Day in the Life
As a Learning and Development Expert for the CZ/SK/HU HUB, reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that align with L'Oréal's business objectives and foster employee growth. You will collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders across departments to identify training needs, develop engaging learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our L&D initiatives. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning, program design, facilitation, and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning & Needs Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, analyze business requirements, and develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Program Design & Development: Create and implement engaging learning programs using diverse methodologies (e.g., online courses, workshops, coaching, mentoring).
- Facilitation & Delivery: Lead training sessions and workshops, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Track and measure the effectiveness of learning programs, providing data-driven insights to improve future initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the HUB, ensuring alignment and collaboration on L&D initiatives.
- Content Management: Curate and manage learning content to ensure it is relevant, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Zone Initiatives & KPI Management: Represent the HUB in European zone meetings, align local initiatives with regional goals, and deliver on KPIs for global mandatory L&D topics.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for employee development and a proven track record in learning and development. They are a strong communicator, skilled facilitator, and data-driven decision-maker.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, HR, or a related field.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field is ideal.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into effective learning strategies.
- Program Management: Experience in designing and implementing impactful learning programs.
- Facilitation Skills: Engaging and dynamic presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing learning outcomes to inform future initiatives.
