A Day in the Life
As a Learning and Development Intern, you will report to the Learning and Change Manager and play a key role in bringing our employee development programs to life. You’ll support our training initiatives, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate across various teams and contribute to a culture of continuous growth at L'Oréal.
- Training Coordination & Logistics: You will be the go-to person for organizing our training events. This includes managing calendars, booking and preparing physical or virtual training rooms, coordinating with catering services, and ensuring our internal speakers and external partners have everything they need for a successful session.
- Onboarding Program Management: You will take charge of our Discovery sessions for new employees. Your role involves identifying and inviting new hires, managing the session agenda with internal speakers, and preparing all necessary onboarding materials to ensure a welcoming and effective integration experience.
- Creative Engagement & Content Creation: You'll have the chance to brainstorm and propose interactive concepts for training sessions and internal projects. You will also help design and create engaging visual materials like posters, guides, and presentations to capture employee interest.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: You will meticulously track attendance for all training sessions and maintain our Excel reports. A key part of your role will also be to centralize and structure feedback from participants to help us measure our impact and continuously improve.
We Are Looking For
We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in human resources and employee development. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and contribute. You are someone who enjoys interacting with diverse groups of people and has a knack for organization and planning.
- Educational Background: You are currently a student or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations. Familiarity with Canva is a plus!
- Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator in both Romanian and English (written and spoken) and feel comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
- Organizational Prowess: You possess strong planning skills, a proactive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail, allowing you to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team Spirit: You are a collaborative individual who is eager to contribute ideas and support your team in achieving its goals.
