JOB TITLE: EHS Specialist
Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure the timely cash collection through continued monitoring and collaboration with customers
- Customer Master Data Management
- Oversee the end-to-end creation and maintenance of customer accounts in SAP.
- Ensure all supporting documentation (Business Licenses, Bank info, etc.) complies with L'Oreal’s global guidelines and local Korean regulations.
- Maintain data integrity to ensure seamless invoicing and collection processes.
- Credit Risk Assessment & Analysis
- Perform financial analysis on new and existing customers using financial statements and external credit agency reports.
- Define, assign, and regularly review Credit Limits based on risk scoring models.
- Identify and monitor "at-risk" customers and propose mitigation strategies to management.
- Accounts Receivable & Collection Management
- Monitor the AR aging report and lead collection activities for overdue accounts.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to resolve payment disputes and ensure timely settlement.
- Calculate and manage KPIs to optimize cash flow.
- Coordinate with legal or external agencies for the recovery of bad debts when necessary.
- Internal Control & Reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to L'Oreal’s Internal Control and Credit Policy.
- Support monthly closing activities related to credit and receivables.
- Prepare analytical reports on credit risks and collection performance for the CFO and DOP
Assist in internal and external audit preparations.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: University graduate, in the field of the accounting
- Years of experience: +5 years of career experience
- Account Receivable with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of FMCG channels including ecommerce
- Attention to detail and Analytical Mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- SAP experience preferred, Good excel skills
