Business Development and Account Executive - L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty

As a Business Development and Account Executive for our top-tier medical-grade brands, SkinCeuticals and skinBetter science, you will be a key driver of growth in the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will partner with aesthetic medical clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons to expand our market presence. This is a dynamic role where you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from individual clinics to strategic groups.

In this role, you will:

•Drive Territory Growth and Sales Performance: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets by identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new partners, and ensuring forecast accuracy for your accounts.

•Lead Strategic Account Partnerships: Create and manage tailored Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for flagship accounts, aligning on mutual goals and collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of brand activations and promotions.

•Champion the Client Segment: Leverage and build deep, trusting relationships. Act as a cultural bridge, tailoring brand messaging and support for events and activations to unlock the full potential of this key market.

•Become a Trusted Medical Advisor: Master the science behind our brands to deliver best-in-class medical detailing and training. Build credibility and strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders, positioning our brands as their #1 choice.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You are a self-starter who excels at building relationships and has a deep appreciation for the science behind skincare. The ideal candidate will have:

•Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the medical aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or beauty industry.

•Excellent communication skills. Build strong relationships and provide tailored support to a key segment of our client community.

•Business Acumen: You can analyze market data to identify opportunities and build compelling business cases.

•Influence & Negotiation: You are a confident communicator with the ability to build trust and influence key decision-makers.

•Strategic Planning: You excel at developing and executing tailored strategies to drive business results.

•Customer Centricity: You are dedicated to providing exceptional service and building long-term partnerships.

•3-5 years of relevant experience

•Must have a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within the region.

Salary: 92,000 - 128,000
