Are you a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for the dynamic world of makeup? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a keen interest in understanding consumer trends? As a Marketing Intern within L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division, you will gain invaluable experience in the heart of a global beauty powerhouse, contributing to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for our iconic makeup brands.


A Day in the Life:

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, from ideation to launch.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights for marketing strategies.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for product launches, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Product & Trend Exploration: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and reporting on emerging makeup trends, innovations, and competitor products.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless campaign execution.


Professional & Technical Competencies Desired:

  • Passion for Makeup: A genuine interest in the world of makeup and beauty, with a desire to learn about product development, trends, and consumer insights.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and communicating effectively with team members.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to gather and analyze data to extract meaningful insights for marketing strategies.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
