Job Title: Marketing & Communication Director – LANCÔME- Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Develop brand strategy with strong marketing plan to grow business in Korea 

 

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Define and execute Korea’s long-term business strategy in alignment with global brand team’s objectives.  

- Develop commercial plan driving revenue expansion, profitability, and make share growth (especially in e-commerce) 

- Identify new business opportunities, product categories, local competitiveness

- Lead the sales forecast in line with global & North Asia strategic frame 

- Take ownership of campaign and create the right angle to build integrated, engaging brand experience 

- Supervise the entire campaign development process and respect deadlines

- Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with zone/Global to ensure the consistency of new campaign development with the country’s needs.

 

2. Team & Organizational Management 

- Lead the team balancing each function (Product Marketing, Communication, Media, CRM)

- Collaborate closely with other functions within the brand 

- Collaborate closely with global, zone, R&I, supply and CGO, CMO teams to support cross-functional / cross-regional synergy. 

 

3. Financial Management 

- Optimize the budget and identify where and how to invest: Pricing strategy, Profitability, P&L



WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree
  • Year of Experience : 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Beauty
  • Experience: Proven track record in Skincare, prefer the experience in luxury beauty market
  • Language: Fluent Korean and Professional English proficiency 
  • Other Skills:
    • Strategic thinker with strong commercial drive and hands-on leadership style.
    • Strong financial acumen with P&L management and business growth achievements.
    • High emotional intelligence, people leadership capability, cross-functional communication skills.
