Job Title: Online Commercial Team Manager – CGO- Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Online Commercial Team Manager plays a crucial role in driving the online commercial success of L'Oréal's Luxe division in Korea. This role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets. The successful candidate will oversee key aspects of the online commercial strategy, from platform management and partnership development to campaign execution and performance analysis. This position demands a data-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to maximize online growth and profitability.
- E-Platform Strategy & Channel Landscape:
- Defining a clear and differentiated online platform strategy, outlining the roles and priorities of each platform.
- Developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Identifying emerging channel growth opportunities and recommending innovative approaches to capitalize on them.
- Strategic Negotiation & Partnerships:
- Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key platforms, focusing on mid-to-long-term growth.
- Implementing data-driven strategies to optimize partnership performance and ROI.
- Securing hallmark exposure and free media opportunities to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Business Activation & Commercial Execution:
- Leading the planning and execution of hallmark and multi-brand promotional campaigns, including online and offline (O+O) initiatives.
- Facilitating regular communication and collaboration with brand e-commerce teams and clients at all levels.
- Ensuring alignment of commercial targets and managing channel profitability (P&L).
- Developing the annual e-Trade calendar, outlining key promotional activities and initiatives across different channels.
- Performance data Analysis & Reporting with Market Insights:
- Lead the team in analyzing e-commerce performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive growth.
- Oversee the creation of regular performance and insight reports, providing clear and concise summaries of key metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and track competitor activities, staying informed about market dynamics and emerging trends in the e-commerce landscape.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience : 12 years of experience in e-commerce and commercial, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a team management role. Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Specific Skills & Knowledge :
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Deep understanding of the Korean e-commerce landscape and key platform dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
