Job Title: E-Key Account Manager – CGO- Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

The E-commerce Key Account Manager is a critical role within L'Oréal's Luxe division in Korea, responsible for driving online sales growth and building strong, strategic partnerships with key e-commerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, exceptional account management skills, and a data-driven approach to maximize sales and profitability within assigned accounts. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in e-commerce sales and account management.

  • Account Management & Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with designated key e-commerce accounts.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for these accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues effectively.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (BU, CMO, etc.) to ensure seamless account operations.
  • Sales Growth & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and explore new avenues for expansion.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify key drivers of performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiation & Partnership Development:
    • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Collaborate with platform partners on joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales.
    • Secure prominent placements and promotional opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Business Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement annual account plans, outlining key objectives, strategies, and tactical initiatives.
    • Manage account budgets and track performance against key metrics.
    • Contribute to the overall e-Trade calendar, aligning account-specific activities with broader divisional goals.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
    • Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends within the e-commerce landscape.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience : 8+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry. A proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets is essential.
  • Specific Skills & Knowledge
    • Strong account management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Deep understanding of the Korean e-commerce landscape and key platform dynamics.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English.
