Job Title: Key Account Manager (H&B) - Dr.G Domestic


WHO WE ARE:

The Olive Young Sales Team, part of the Domestic Sales Division, leads retail sales across key Health & Beauty (H&B) offline channels, driving brand awareness and market share. At the forefront of retail customer touchpoints, the team maximizes sales opportunities by analyzing store-level trends, shopper behaviors, and competitive dynamics in a fast-paced environment. In close partnership with key retail operators and store managers, the team executes tailored merchandising and promotional strategies while managing SKU assortment, pricing, and store inventory to ensure agile and effective retail execution. We are looking for proactive, results-driven individuals who are ready to take on new challenges and grow in a dynamic, rapidly evolving retail market.


A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Manage sales and merchandising activities across Olive Young offline retail stores.
  • Conduct regular communication and negotiations with retail MDs (Merchandisers) and store partners.
  • Develop, plan, and execute store-specific product, merchandising, and promotional strategies based on beauty market trends.
  • Analyze store-level sales data, set and manage performance targets, and track key retail KPIs.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in H&B retail sales
  • Experience:
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
    • Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
    • A consumer-centric mindset and the ability to understand diverse market dynamics.
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean & English
  • Other skill: Proficient with Excel & PPT
