Evaluation Intelligence Technician (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary:
The Evaluation Intelligence Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the operational development of Sensory Expert and Instrumental intelligence. This position is responsible for contributing to efficient organization of product testing activities, including the planning and effective execution of instrumental and expert testing. Activities include sample preparation, evaluating products on volunteers, analysis of test data and writing reports and memos to clearly communicate findings (internally). The role will also support on vendor and volunteer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Evaluation
- Assist with Hair & Skin Expert Evaluation:
- Create Expert Test studies and conduct actual evaluation on volunteers
- Data Analysis & Tool Utilization:
- Utilize specialized software and analytical tools for data reporting and visualization
- Develop and maintain databases and repositories for evaluation data and metrics.
- Generate reports summarizing evaluation findings and metrics.
- Methodology Development & Improvement:
- Contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of intelligence evaluation methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices in intelligence analysis and evaluation.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable evaluation reports, briefings, and presentations for intelligence analysts, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate evaluation findings, insights, and recommendations to various audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts, collectors, and other team members to provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure all evaluation activities adhere to ethical guidelines, legal frameworks, and organizational policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive intelligence information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- National Certificate / Diploma in Hair Dressing (or related qualifications in Somatology/ Cosmetology)
- Experience:
- Hairdressing
- Sensory Expert testing
- Lab support
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with intelligence databases and information management systems
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
