As Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, you will define category vision and accelerate SkinCeuticals’ consumer growth. Sitting at the intersection of medical expertise and beauty, you will transform our professional heritage into consumer-relevant strategies and lead IMC campaigns that build brand equity, grow category relevance, and deliver business results.

This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a premium brand in the fast-growing medical aesthetics industry — while gaining regional exposure by working closely with L’Oréal’s zone and global teams. Key responsibility :

Category Strategy & Growth

• Define and implement clear category vision and strategy.

• Translate consumer and market insights into growth plans that strengthen brand authority.

• Partner with regional/global teams to adapt strategies to local market needs.

 

IMC Campaign Leadership

• Create and lead breakthrough IMC campaigns that connect medical science with consumer aspirations.

• Deliver 360° activations across clinics, e-commerce, digital, PR, social, and consumer events.

• Integrate professional advocacy with consumer storytelling to drive trust and conversion.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Medical Marketing, E-Commerce, Training, and Sales to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

• Partner with Sales to align marketing priorities with sell-in and sell-out objectives.

• Act as central driver ensuring IMC campaigns achieve both equity and commercial results.

 

Execution & Business Management

• Be hands-on: manage campaign briefing, asset adaptation, event activation, and reporting.

• Lead agency partners while optimizing resources for maximum ROI.

• Track KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion, category contribution) and deliver clear business insights.

Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years in product management/consumer marketing.

• Proven success in brand/category building and consumer campaign leadership.

• Creative thinker with strong business acumen and ROI mindset.

• Hands-on executor who thrives in an agile, entrepreneurial team.

• Strong analytical and storytelling ability.

• Effective cross-functional collaborator (Medical, E-Commerce, Training, Sales ... etc. ).

• Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in Mandarin and English.
