[Role overview]
• Strategic Market Analysis: Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to propose and execute a comprehensive marketing mix, building an integrated and engaging plan for the hair color franchise.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Education) and external agencies to develop holistic marketing plans. You will work closely with them to ensure seamless execution.
• Financial & Operations Management: Manage the marketing budget and work with the supply chain team to ensure sales forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory and product availability for our salon partners.
