Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
To increase the brand's online (or multi-channel) turnover, set out the distance-selling strategy for a given clientele and ensure brand growth in the e-business market
Define the brand's CRM strategy with respect to both customer recruitment and loyalty
Identify opportunities to increase the online turnover of the brand
Identify and monitor projects to develop new loyalty strategies for the brand with a view to increase sales and maximize the customer portfolio (listing strategy, partnerships, etc)
Coordinate e-business operations with the brand support services: product marketing, data mining, customer service, etc.
Plan and operate the annual business plan
Report and summarize the sales results for further action plans
Oversee the web technical improvement actions
Manage the e-businessmulti-channel budget and P&L
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
Excellent knowledge of E-business marketing and data analysis (especially using analytical tool such as Rakuten RMS)
Business-level Japanese and written English proficiency
In-depth knowledge of L'Oreal metier
In-depth knowledge of products and brands
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
2-3+ years experience in E-business
Sense of beauty and fit to cosmetic business
Mastery of the competition, market trends and consumers
