As the Insights & Measurement Lead, you are the driving force behind our consumer insights practice and collaborating across multiple divisions & functions to unlock the full potential of our data. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape key business decisions and drive growth across the organization.
What you'll do:
Champion Insights: Lead the charge in leveraging 1P data across all touchpoints, uncovering valuable insights into consumer lifetime value and database engagement. Connect the dots between 1P and 2P data to gain a 360° view of our consumers.
Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with the data teams and various divisions to develop data-driven strategies and action plans. Orchestrate multi-division acquisition campaigns and optimize for maximum impact.
Master Measurement: Standardize measurement practices, ensure KPI alignment, and champion a test-and-learn culture. Guide local teams in experimental design and analysis, ensuring robust results and actionable insights.
Guardian of Data Quality: Act as the key point of contact for data quality and privacy, collaborating closely with IT and DPO to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of data governance.
