YOUR FUTURE TEAM
As part of the IT Finance and Operations Department at L’Oréal, the Fulfillment Center Sub domain, is acting as solution competency center and dealing with projects or demands related to L'Oréal internal warehouses across all Geographies.
The team is in charge of supplying a set of tools, solutions & software integrated around the Manhattan Active WMS solution, that support L'Oréal physical distribution processes and workflows.
The team is ensuring the integration of all solutions in an end-to-end perspective, from the SAP ERP to Meccanization solution, (WMS, LMS, CMS, TMS,...)
What you’ll do
- Design and build solutions to fit the business needs, on time and to quality standards. Configure Manhattan Active WMS solution for the Distribution Centers according to the needs of the site and in compliance with the Core processes.
- Animate workshops with the business, interacting directly with Key Users and other IT partners.
- Coordinate demands or projects as part of daily activities.
- Identify integration impacts by looking at topics with an end-to-end vision
- Propose recommendations and ensure the functional specification, testing and delivery of new solution features to optimize or enhance the core solution.
- Analyse the impact of proposed solutions on domain processes.
- Be part of the run escalation process for problem management.
This may evolve depending on opportunities in the domain.
Your main challenges
- Managing the delivery of new functionalities according to business teams’ prioritization
- To be able to understand the business needs and design solutions considering E2E constraints compliant with Core template and internal control rules
- Demonstrating autonomy in managing topics through several angles: design, build, tests assistance, transition to run as well as project management and communication

- 2 years or more Hands-on experience working on Manhattan Active WMS Configuration
