A Day In The Life:
As a Human Resources Analyst in our Consumer Products Division, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, reporting to the HR Business Partner and collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the employee experience.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- HR Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
- Compensation & Benefits Coordination: Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- HR Systems Optimization: Ensure accurate data entry and system updates while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, diversity, and inclusion.
Who You Are:
- Have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Are skilled in data analysis and proficient in tools like Excel, HRIS systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and have a working knowledge of English.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Bring a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
