A Day in the Life

Because life is too short for a boring career! 🚀As the Head of Data & Analytics based in Casablanca, you will be the driving force behind our data transformation. Reporting to the Country CFO with a dotted line to the Zone Chief Data Analytics Officer, you will lead the Data & Analytics, shaping the strategic vision and ensuring our business is powered by best-in-class data solutions and insights.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the Transformation: Define and execute the country's data and analytics strategy, managing key projects and fostering a culture of data acculturation and upskilling.
  • Drive Data Governance: Ensure the quality and robustness of our data foundations, manage the analytics portfolio, and oversee the adoption of global and zone data products.
  • Steer Business Value: Consolidate data-related demands from across the business, prioritize initiatives based on value creation, and facilitate the generation of impactful, last-mile analysis.
  • Build & Develop a community: Lead and develop the local Data & Analytics team, while building and animating a cross-functional data community to champion new ways of working.

  • Proven experience in leading data transformation and managing large, diverse teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a talent for C-level stakeholder management.
  • Strong project management abilities and a knack for prioritizing initiatives that deliver tangible business value.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to take initiative and drive cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required for this role.
