What you’ll be doing
The IT Finance division, composed of a multicultural and multilingual team, is seeking a GRC Manager for L'Oréal Group's Controlling & Internal Audit.
This role ensures the performance of one or more applications (from the "service catalog" or on demand) throughout their lifecycle.
Within the IT Finance division, currently made up of around 15 application managers and delegated by the department head, the GRC Manager will:
- Incident & Service Request Management: Monitors incoming requests regarding applications and proposes solutions in line with the overall system coherence, creates a service catalog, and identifies new services.
- Application Support and Optimization: Defines and manages support services, oversees
- application operation, optimizes application development and performance (from the "service catalog" or on demand), and delivers service according to established SLAs, taking proactive measures to ensure stable and secure applications and infrastructures to prevent potential service disruptions.
- Business Analysis & Functional Design: Translates business needs into IT processes and developments. Identifies and designs functional requirements based on business needs. Represents needs in Functional Diagrams (flows, relationships between elements, time, etc.).
- Project & Release Management: Manages implementation/release projects and participates in key implementation steps.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Defines and reviews KPIs, metrics, and SLAs, and monitors performance.
- Application Maintenance & Risk Management: Ensures corrective, evolutionary, and technical maintenance of applications; coordinates the various interventions necessary to address level 2 and 3 maintenance issues; identifies project risks and defines action plans to mitigate them; and manages escalations, crises, and exceptional situations, defining emergency action plans.
- Documentation: Produces documents and models describing products, services, components, or applications to establish compliance with relevant documentation requirements; ensures they are valid and up-to-date, and that functions and features are appropriately documented. ·
- Vendor Management: Participates in the selection of external suppliers as well as contracted outsourced services; understands and manages supplier contracts (technical, commercial, and legal aspects). ·
- Stakeholder Management: Develops and maintains effective relationships and communication with internal users and/or external suppliers. · Resource Management: Coordinates internal/external human resources within their area of responsibility. · Knowledge Management: Ensures the development of expertise and know-how in their area of responsibility.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Leads seminars for the zones (Business and Operations).
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC):
- Manages GRC audits and assists with Zone audits.
- Manages authorizations.
- Manages SAP and cross-application SoD risk analyses.
- Remediates SoD risks for the most critical entities.
- Manages interactions with other applications.
- Leads and aligns workshops with Zone GRC Managers.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
- You have more than 5 years of experience in a similar role or in consulting around IT application management for Finance, Controlling, and Internal Audit, with both technical and functional expertise.
- You are comfortable with communication exercises and can explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and end-users.
- You are familiar with one or more ITSM solutions (and ITSM processes).
- You have functional and technical knowledge of one or more GRC solutions.
- You have a strong understanding of the entire information system application lifecycle (build, run & roll out)
- You are fluent in English. (A third language is a plus.)
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Nice to have
- You are proficient in programming languages such as ABAP and SQL.
- You hold a GRC AC12 certification.
- You have a good understanding of the Process Control module.
- You have a good understanding of Power BI.
