Are you ready to help drive impactful, data-driven, full-funnel media across the Nordics, with a strong operational focus on Retail Media? We're seeking a highly technical and hands-on Full Funnel Performance Media Manager to strengthen our team in Copenhagen.

Your mission…

Reporting to the Nordic Head of Media, the Full Funnel Performance Media Manager will play a critical operational role in translating our overall L’Oréal media strategy into powerful, data-driven, and highly performing full-funnel media campaigns. You'll oversee the entire customer journey—from awareness to conversion—with a key emphasis on Retail Media, ensuring compliance with global and Nordic media guidelines. This role demands deep technical proficiency in media platforms and formats.

You will be responsible for…

  • Full-Funnel Media Execution & Optimization: Implement and continuously optimize full-funnel media plans across all channels and formats, collaborating with Division Media teams and our media agency. Lead the operational execution and optimization of our Retail Media strategy, ensuring it's a high-performing and data-driven component of our overall media plan.
  • Performance Measurement & Insights: Contribute to our measurement and testing framework to track performance across the entire funnel, including advanced attribution and audience activation. Provide actionable insights from various data sources (e.g., Retail Media performance) to optimize campaigns and stay at the forefront of media trends.
  • Operational Support for Partnerships: Support the day-to-day operational execution of initiatives with key media partners and technology platforms, including Retail Media partners, and contribute to data acquisition and audience management strategies.

We are looking for...

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in operational media planning, performance media, or within a similar area whether in an agency-side or in-house.
  • A highly technical, data-driven, and hands-on media professional with deep advanced media skills, including expertise in media trading and optimization, and full-funnel media planning and execution.
  • A proactive collaborator, adept at translating high-level strategy into tangible plans, and overseeing precise project execution and stakeholder coordination in partnership with media agencies and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated operational experience with Retail Media expertise is a strong advantage.
  • Highly proficient in paid media, possessing strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through data analysis and interpretation, and data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Profound technical understanding of various media platforms, ad formats, with expertise in attribution modeling and audience management strategies.
  • Driven, comfortable managing project execution, and championing a culture of performance and data-driven excellence.

We are looking for our new Full Funnel Performance Media Manager to start as soon as we find YOU. The employment is permanent. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so do not wait to apply.
