We are looking for an ambitious Finance Graduate to join our Nordic finance team. If you have a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for numbers, this is your chance to grow within the world’s leading beauty company. 

You will...   

• Participate in the daily work of the controlling team 
• Monitor and challenge the marketing spend 
• Draft the plan, Construct the budget, and trend for our marketing investments for the division in collaboration with our Marketing- and Commercial teams 
• Participate in Lead the monthly landing meetings with the brand teams 
• Ensure that the marketing planning tool is updated in line with the budget  
• Identify and react quickly on the financial risks and opportunities 
• Be part of engaging the Nordic Finance community with ideas and sharing of best practices 

Your profile…   

•  You have graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration within the past year 
• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy processing data  
• You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and a super user of Excel  
• It is an advantage if you are familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP  
• You are fluent and have excellent communication skills in English   
• You have strong organization skills: the ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority, and good time management  
• You like to familiarize yourself with new things and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
