A Day in the Life
As Kerastase Educator for Western Australia you report into the National Education Manager and join the PPD education team, delivering in-salon and field education to salon partners and distributors. You’ll bring Kerastase DNA to life through technical training and commercial enablement.
- Training & Education: Deliver product, service and technical workshops, masterclasses and on-salon coaching; adapt learning to adult learners.
- Commercial Enablement: Work with sales to translate training into sell-through, support launches and promotions.
- Events & Content: Prepare training materials, demo kits and visual aids; run brand activations and showcases.
- Reporting & Quality: Track training attendance, feedback (NPS) and impact; propose continuous improvements.
