Your  mission…

As a Ecommerce Brand Manager you will drive the online business presence of the brand, ensuring a strong  e commerce activation plan and content strategy on client platform. You will be  champion of ecomm user experience and  support the growth of the heroes of the brand online, as much as the launches and big bets.

You will…

  • Be responsible for yearly ecomm activation and content strategy plan for the brand
    • Outline activation plan covering transactional, retailer and OCA campaigns with media manager and KAM
    • Be responsible for A&P investment in clients, provide recommendation how much to invest in transactional media & retailer media per client – align with Media managers and Commercial teams
    • Drive ecomm mega heroes activation excellence, including best in class content, holistic activations (media + advocacy in Always on) in a sustainable way
    • Be responsible for all ecomm content for the brand
    • Provide GWPs (in alignment with Zone and PBM) and bundle suggestion for the brand
  • Ensure strong user experience, best in class content and drive e-commerce content acceleration & optimization for the brand, both online and offsite ( websites, offsite ex. collab ads) optimized based on objective. Secure strategy for ratings and reviews, and UGC content.
    • Work with Media managers on the transactional and retailer media strategy for the brand and secure best in class content for these media initiatives. Optimize creatives in AO, ensure testing with media team and the E-activation and Performance manager
    • Monitor the data impact tool and ensure A+ content, with the support of E-merch manager, drive ecomm SEO initiatives aligned with Owned media managers
    • Facilitate relevant A&I activations with brand A&I manager to support big bets/mega heroes
    • Work with own Media managers to activate digital services for all O+O partners
    • Ensure all ecomm content is well aligned with brand tone of voice and sense of purpose
  • Share information to relevant stakeholders on brand eComm performance and initiate action points to Commercial via O+O channel activation
  • Maximize brand visibility during multi-brand ecommerce event (ie Black Friday, Holidays, Viral Beauty)
  • Analyze initiatives and report on ecommerce performance, identify gaps and address challenges to drive turnover 
  • Ensure compliance (GDPR, usage rights) of content and ecomm activations

  • ROAS
  • Traffic increase, time spent, bounce rate and CR on relevant ecomm initiatives and PDPs

You are...

  • With an experience in a similar role (+2y), preferably from the FMCG industry 
  • You have a relevant degree within Marketing, Branding, Business or similar 
  • You have excellent communication skills 
  • Both creative and an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with numbers 
  • Detail oriented and organized in your daily work 
  • Navigating easily in a complex matrix structure, and are a pro-active team member 
  • Fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language 
  • Preferable have experience in transactional or retailer media

 

We are looking for the Ecommerce Brand Manager to start as 1st of August 2025. The employment is permanent. Role will be reporting directly to Senior Brand Manager for NYX Professional make up.
