WHAT YOU’LL DO

Growth & Transformation:

  • Leads ecom growth transformation plan and drives the implementation of growth initiatives to support our online presence.
  • Strategize ECOM initiatives & portfolio in line with consumers and client specific needs in collaboration with brands.
  • Leading & gatekeeping key ecom strategies (Bundle share, heros, eventing share, basket uplift strategies etc) 

 

Activation & ecom marketing funnel:

  • Take ownership of coordinating the ECommerce activation roadmap. Strategize, execute and evaluate big bet online acitvations and events to achieve online sellout targets.
  • Managing and optimizing the ecom activation plan, from planning, execution, to data-driven performance analysis ensuring effective and relevant brand investment for all pure players and e-retailers. 
  • Working as the main point of contact for marketing, digital and collaborate closely with ecom ecosystem to optimize the plan & help maximize marketing spend effectiveness at channel and client level. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand advocacy teams to leverage, maximize marketing initiatives investment (collab ads, media linking, R&Rs, advocacy/PR) and optimize the full funnel consumer path to purchase
  • Media Budget influencing for brand media / cross brand budgets 
  • Foster test & learn and best practice sharing leveraging industry, zone & global best practices in ecommerce activation. 

 

Eventing:

  • Leads the E-Eventing initiatives to maximize performance and drive traffic and sell-out online (Defines clear eventing objectives, animates multifunctional collaboration incl. alignment with all key stakeholders (e-kams, SBMs, OBMs, digital etc.)

 

Analytics & Data Insights:

  • Consolidate and analyze e-commerce and digital KPIs (sell-out, conversion rate, traffic, click-through-rate, etc.) for business insights (with responsible E-Commerce Managers)
  • Be the contact person for all eCommerce data & analytics and insights. Leverage advanced dashboarding and become the champion of data tools (powerBI, usersdot etc) 
  • Helps shape eCommerce strategy and future growth plans whilst also keeping our leadership team informed of our ecommerce markets’ online performance and opportunities.
  • Be the customer marketing voice of our client partners in line with e-JBPs, aligning on the shopper activation game plan, joint success KPIs and growth opportunities 
  • Advancing our category thought leadership with priority PP and e-retailers leveraging data & analytics partnership to provide growth recommendations.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities within our categories & brands & client partners by analysing multiple and varied sources of data and turning them into meaningful and actionable insights. 
  • Present data driven analysis to key stakeholders across the business in a concise and compelling way to influence decision making.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
  • Growth mindset and results driven
  • Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills in English
