Mission & Defining Characteristics

  • The E-Commerce Operation Manager is the guardian of the end-to-end operational lifecycle, ensuring that every digital sale is backed by physical availability and flawless data synchronization. This role moves beyond more supervision into strategic orchestration, optimizing the flow between L'Oréal DCs and Platform DCs (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) while safeguarding The stock through rigorous reconciliation.
  • Strategic thinker with a "ground-level" operational grip, highly analytical, a relentless problem solver, and a proactive communicator who can influence both platform partners and internal stakeholders.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end integration of replenishment and reconciliation to ensure 100% stock availability especially for mega-campaigns (11.11, 12.12, etc.).
  • Inventory Control Tower: Oversee stock information and ensuring the gap between Seller Center, OMS, and SAP is minimized and claims are settled within a 90-day window.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Direct the physical stock transfer strategy from L'Oréal DCs to platform hubs, optimizing for speed and cost-efficiency.
  • Process Automation & Scaling: Identify and implement automation opportunities within the reconciliation and replenishment workflows to support business growth 
  • Compliance & Audit Leadership: Ensure 100% operational compliance across all platforms, leading the division through internal and external audits with zero-discrepancy results.
  • Partner Management: Act as the primary escalation point for platform partners (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) to resolve systemic fulfillment or claim issues.

Experience & Capabilities

  • Domain Expertise: Minimum 3 - 4 years in E-commerce Operations or Supply Chain, specifically handling complex multi-node fulfillment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel and data extraction skills; experience with SAP, OMS, and platform Seller Centers.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data discrepancies into clear root-cause analysis and action plans.
  • Language & Communication: Fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Leadership & Drive: A proactive "Can-Do" attitude with a proven track record of driving change and scalable improvements.
