YOUR FUTURE TEAM 

The Beauty Tech Corporate IT Data Team is made up of around 15 members, onshore and offshore. The team works in close collaboration with the Corporate and HR business teams, helping them build analytical dashboards and supporting them with all of their data needs. 

 

The team is innovative, dynamic, and enthusiastic; they work in Agile. 

 

The team is actively developing the new Corporate Analytical Data Platform utilizing technologies such as Snowflake, DBT, GCP, and PowerBI. In parallel, they continue to support and maintain the legacy data platform. 

Over the coming months and years, the team's priorities will include broadening their reporting capabilities to serve additional functions and users, decommissioning the legacy platform, and start integrating features that leverage Gen AI. 

 

What you’ll do 

The Corporate Data Lead is central to empowering corporate functions like the HR teams and Campus teams through data. Reporting directly to Frederic, our Corporate CIO, you will be in charge of leading the Corporate Data Team. 

You will be responsible for managing the team that manages the entire data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation to secure storage and access. 

Beyond technical execution, the Corporate Data Lead acts as a strategic partner, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs. They evaluate and integrate new data technologies, fostering a culture of data-driven innovation. This leadership ensures the data platform is continuously optimized and aligned with the company's evolving business goals.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have: 

  • Solid background in Data and experience leading a team.
  • Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining robust data warehouses, data lakes, or similar data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles, data security, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills, ability to build a lasting relationship with your business stakeholders 
  • Strong proficiency in the following Technologies: Snowflake, GCP, BigQuery, DBT, Airflow. Knowledge of Informatica, BusinessObjects is a big plus
  • Knowledge of specific corporate domains (HR analytics, ESG reporting, etc.) is a real plus.
