A Day in the Life
As a Content Officer (temporary/contract-based), you will be at the heart of our content strategy, translating the global brand vision into engaging and locally relevant narratives. You will collaborate closely with various teams and creative agencies to bring our campaigns to life across all digital platforms, ensuring every piece of content is not only visually compelling but also drives business growth. You will:
- Translate Global Concepts: Adapt global campaign key messages, product launch concepts, and brand guidelines into relevant communication hooks for Indonesian consumers.
- Provide Creative Direction: Deliver clear and inspiring briefs to creative agencies for all touchpoints, including KOL, affiliate, and our own content platforms.
- Oversee Content Production: Collaborate with agencies to provide an editorial plan, and supervise pre-production and post-production to ensure high-quality and timely content deliverables.
- Analyze & Optimize Performance: Evaluate content performance and provide actionable insights for future content strategy, while continuously monitoring trends and competitor activity.
- Be the Brand Guardian: Ensure compliance with intellectual property rights, music rights, and manage contracts with creative agencies.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of bringing brands to life through content. You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Experience in social media management, digital content production, or creative agency roles, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Deep Passion for K-Beauty: Robust understanding of Korean makeup styles, K-pop/K-drama trends, skin-first makeup concepts, and the overall digital makeup community in Indonesia.
- Video Craftsmanship: Strong eye for visual detail, storytelling, and pacing. Practical knowledge of what makes short-form video content trend (transitions, hooks, sound design).
- Analytical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating native analytics dashboards (TikTok, Meta Business Suite) and drawing logical, creative conclusions from performance charts.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to coordinate seamlessly with agencies and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
