A Day in the Life: You will join the Corporate Multidivisions CMI team in Manila, reporting to the Head of CMI and collaborating with transversal partners across brands and functions. This internship offers exposure to multi-brand consumer research and analytics.

  • Research & Analysis: Support primary and secondary research, run surveys, and analyse consumer datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Data & Tools: Help with data cleaning, Excel modelling, and basic dashboard updates (e.g., PowerBI/Google Sheets).
  • Storytelling & Reporting: Prepare concise insight memos and present findings to stakeholders to support brand and category decisions.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and R&I; participate in weekly team reviews and learning sessions.


We Are Looking For: You’re an active student with a strong affinity for beauty and an aptitude for numbers. You bring curiosity, accuracy, and a collaborative mindset.
